AID-STATIONS:
1. Unmanned (U): Depot along the course. Fluids (water, icetea, isostar - several flavors - and cola) and bars, chocolate, cheese etc. Vandalism might be possible, but is unlikely. Anyway, carry some extras all the way with you!
2. Manned (M): same as unmanned, more calories, simple warm food and drinks and personal aid.
3. Big station (B): "All services" cold and warm in the "Clubhaus" (at km 50, 100,138 and 160) . A menu will list the available items (i.g. Bourbon-Vanille-icecream, "Strudel", pizza, cakes, raisins, cookies, soups, "Würstchen", meatballs, potatoes etc. Sorry, no pig meat rolls and no sushi and no GUs and no Powerbars and NO BATTERIES or flashlights. If appropriate don't hesitate to request additional wishes. Very special personal items should be placed into your personal drobags.
We will have Aspirin, Ibuprofen, vaseline, ducktape, bandaid and first aid. An emergency doctor of anesthesiology will be available at the Clubhaus.
The distances from aid to aid can be viewed at AIDSTATIONS.

DROPBAGS:
You may have two dropbags only. A large bag for the Clubhaus for km 50, 100, 138 , 161 and a really tiny one for the RV/Combi at km 70, 80 and 118,4. Please mark your dropbags with number, name and location (Clubhaus or RV). Please no glass or breakable items!

CREWS:
Crewing along the route is not necessary and for fairness to all runners permitted only at the Clubhaus.

PACER:
Pacing is possible from 100 km (after finishing the second loop). Runners 60 and older at race day may be paced for the entire 100 miles. No muling. Please try to organize your pacer by yourself. Please let us know well in advance, if we should try to get a pacer for you. Pacing is totally unknown in Germany.

CUTOFF:
You must finish the run within 32 hours to be an official finisher. There are no cutoffs during the race. The service at km 75 (Hann. Muenden) closes at 8 p.m. sharp (missing that means you will have no aid and no dropbag at this point). The aidstation at km 118,4 (Bleichenweg) will not open before 9 p.m. Consider darkness and carry a flashlight early. We (and almost everybody) prefer a finisher after 32 hours instead of dropping out due to cutoff-times.

DROPOUT, DNF:
If you drop out during the race, you have to reach the Clubhaus by your own means. Carrying some Euros and a telephone card (get it from the RD before the race) during the race for emergency help or transportation might be helpful. Clubhaus-telephone number: 05543 910126.
